Educational Background:
Mr. Jose Paulus P. Moreno had completed his 4th grade in primary and by virtue of
accelerated test given by the Department of Education, Culture and Sports in manila,
Philippines. He was eligibly accepted to enrol in the 3rd year high school and proceed
schooling to college on and on and off basis thereby, allowing him to work in at least two (2)
highway projects prior completion of his BS Civil Engineering degree in March 2006.

2. Mr. Jose Paulus Moreno completed the training / certificate course for latest modern
technological novelty in AutoCAD MS Project 2013 and had levered its applications and a
computer literate. I had been actively participation in comprehensive international financed
road projects in Tanzania, Africa for three (3) years; with immeasurable proficiency in
crafting the latest construction methodologies in bitumen roads and drainage facilities such
as subsoil drainage items (perforated or slotted un-plasticized PVC pipes); stone base and
soil stabilization, reinforced concrete bridges; reinforced concrete culverts, stone pitching for
retaining walls, wing walls and appurtenances. I am involved with extensive experiences in
