2. Front Cover
Person 1: I really like the name of the magazine and the font
that is used with it. I like the colours of the fonts. The
magazine is nice but I think the cover stories need to look
better
Person 2: I like how the colours fit in well with in other it’s a
good co ordination of colour. I like the layout you have
produced it allows you to see everything clearly.
Person 3: I enjoy the colours that have been used on the
front cover and the font used for the headings on the sides. I
think the cover storied need to look better
3. Conclusion
In conclusion I found out that my strengths of my front cover were the colours that I
have used in the magazine as they link in well and give the magazine a good effect.
My target audience also like the fonts I have used for the main story and master head.
I found out from my target audience that my cover lines are a big weakness for me
and I will need to change them so that they fit in well with the rest of my magazine.
4. Contents Page
Person 1: I like the layout of the page I think it fits very nicely
and I like the red as it pops out well and catches your eye. To
make it better you should add some more information about
the stories.
Person 2: I like the layout and how you have include the top
ten songs at the bottom to suggest to the readers that they
should listen to them. Maybe get rid of the bottom bit under
the main article as it doesn't look right.
Person 3: I like the out line of the article of the week it helps it
stand out and show that it is important. To make it better I
think you should add more information to the main article.
5. Conclusion
From looking at my reviews from my target audience I can see that my strengths are
the colours as they link with the front page and my fonts go well.
From looking at my contents page I can see from my reviews I need to add some
more information to the contents so the reader gets a bit more insight to what's the
article is about.
6. Double Page Spread
Person 1: I really like the picture it
allows you to see the models face and
outfit as well as setting. I like the font
used for the heading. To make it better
you should add a quote from the artist
Person 2: I like the layout of the page. I
really enjoy the font and the big letter
at the start of the text.
Person 3: I like the colour scheme and
the layout of the page.
7. Conclusion
From my reviews I can see I have quite a few strengths on my double page spread for
example my audience really liked the drop cap the fonts and the colour scheme used.
From looking at the reviews on my double page spread I can see that my weakness is
I need to add a pull quote for the reader to look at and to grab their attention.
