helping schools build their music programs through monetary donations.

believe I am a great communicator and that I

because of my communication and rhetoric skills. I have mastered the art

When it comes to my competition, I definitely have a step up
on them. I am better at communication than most. I am a
better speaker than most of my competition. My drive and
passion is definitely what defines me. All of my competitors
donate music instruments. I donate monetary funds to
strictly music programs. No other company does this. I have
found a unique way to help the children. That is why I stand
out.
9. MY AUDIENCE
I target parents between 30 and 50 years old. These
people usually have school aged children and they are the
ones wiling to donate. Outside of the parents, I target
corporations that make annual donations to non profits
in order to receive a tax break. As a 501c3 pending
corporation, it is easy to target bigger corporations.
Especially if they have a track record of donating.
10. NETWORKING AND
MARKETING
With a fully operational website and the use of social
media, I can market to a very large audience. Giving my
audience meaningful content that is honest and well
thought out, I am able to build relationships with people.
This also provides a tremendous value to my clients. The
biggest value I offer is the tax exemption for donators. I
attend fundraising events to build these relationships. I
also organize these events in order to really narrow down
my audience.
11. Competitors
In my field, there are only a handful of corporations that
compete with me. The VH1 Save The Music program and Little
Kids Rock are the main two competitors. Since neither of these
companies offer monetary donations, I am unique and therefore
able to successfully fulfill my mission and goals. I honestly
don’t know and couldn’t find any individuals that are direct
competitors. There are no other Vice-Presidents or COOs of
non profits to compare myself too. At least not in my field.
12. DEVELOPEMENT
I have come to realize through careerblast.com that I need to work on my
content. I need to provide my audience with more meaningful and unique
content that they can relate too. I am currently studying and researching
how to create better content and build better relationships with my clients.
I have personally sought out mentors that have operated successful non
profits in the past. Current COOs of non profits and even some for profit
companies are great mentors and I will seek them out. It should take me
no more than three months to establish these relationships. This will help
me grow and learn to be better at marketing and content creation.
13. GOALS
I will grow my personal brand through better,
more meaningful, content creation. I will
increase my website traffic by 100% by December
31st, 2019. I will accomplish this by dedicating
my research to personal relationships through
marketing.
