develop the vendors, negotiating with vendors specially for Subcontracting activities and issue
the work orders/purchase orders for Building, pipeline, Metro Projects.

Key Deliverables
− Discussion with Project team and finalization of Subcontract Plan.
− Invite tenders and quotations, prepare Techno-Commercial Comparisons
and negotiating the contract terms to get the best business deals
− Source potential vendors/contractors in compliance with the company
policies and procedures; develop the vendors so as to get the resources for the work /
supply of the materials at right time and at competitive prices
− Implement inventory control measures to reduce obsolete stock, track
slow-moving items and facilitate value-engineering initiatives at the suppliers end to
reduce cost of rejection of the material supplied
− Creation of Purchase orders & work orders in SAP.
− Coordinate with site for quotations from Local vendors / contractors and
makes the comparative statement before award of the work.
− Responsible for analyzing the materials / manpower requirement in terms
of quality & quantity for the various units of the company and creating all the
procedures
− Coordinate with project planning team for timely supply of material and
with finance department for the requirement of LC’s and BG’s for the same.
− Monitoring Subcontract plan, amendments and variation with reference to
Budget
− Finalization of Bid strategy and Subcontract agreement templates.
− Preparation and Monitoring Subcontract Liabilities and forecast on
Monthly basis.
− Evaluating proposals and review of recommendations for award after
technical input.
− Obtaining appropriate approvals for award / amendments / variations.
2. − Assisting project team in resolving subcontractor disputes, claims, and
performance issues.
− Managing Subcontract Administration process.
− Closeout all subcontracts in accordance with the Project Procedures
