COLLECTION/RECOVER/AGENCY/VENDOR & STOCK YARD MANAGEMENT
 To drive the area teams for collection & setting target for day, weak & month.
 Stock Yard Management, Co-ordination with Business Heads, Line collection team and Field
Commercial Team, Accuracy in Repo & Valuation through certified vendor.
 Co-Ordinate with different agency to sale repo vehicle, Co-ordination in Admin related activities
 Assigning the target for Business, collection the month & quarterly as per the strategy of the
company.
 Reviewing daily, weekly, monthly basis to all team leader, credit officer and field sales officer.
 Monitoring different branch of Orissa through Team leaders & personal visit to the branch and
verifying whether the banking activity is running smoothly or not (e.g. – cash/cheque/dd deposit
in bank on same date or not, verifying bank reconciliation statement done or not).
 Instructing Team Leaders to minimized expenses & increase productivity.
 Segregate the report and repotted to REGIONAL MANAGER on daily and monthly basis.
 Marketing the financial product (TW) through marketing executives and dealer’s network.
 Recover & collection from defaulted costumers through collection assistance & handling the legal
conflicts.
 Preparing cheque returned analysis of the bounce cheque. And handed over the bounce cheque
to collection assistance for collection.
 Reviewing Agency manager, Team Leader, DRA, collection assistance on daily basis.
 Handling the 18 distinct of Odisha independently.
 Transfer the collection amount from local bank account to corporate account.
 Doing bank reconciliation statement for the location.
 Reporting to State head quarter including manager PPD & state head.
 Maintaining stockyard report, timely audit , surprise checking of stockyard.
Operations
 Preparing and maintaining various MIS reports for the reference of top management.
 Co-ordination for internal and external audits.
 Leading training and motivating workforce of the branch/Head Office/Training centres to achieve
organizational objectives
Budgeting & MIS, AUDIT
 Formulating annual budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between
projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions & cost control.
 Preparing the MIS Reports, Cash & Fund Flow Statement and other financial reports to keep a track
of financial performance.
 Properly audit through internal auditor & self audit at stock yard , vendor office in monthly ,
quarterly basis. Cross verifying through tele-callers for fraud control in collection.
 Controlling the process department for all type of audit query for nbfc & banking act as per set by
RBI.
Client Relationship Management
 Managing customer service operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery &
service quality norms.
 Interacting & developing rapport with all external/internal constituents of client at all levels; for
maximum client retention and achievement of revenues.
