Piercing etc. Preparing and maintaining detailed records of inspection, maintenance and repair work .
 Planning and conducting trainingprograms for supervisors and workers while motivating the team to achieve
the organizations goals by meeting department targets.
 Proficient in Breakdown analysis, pm planning and execution, optimal power distribution, T'S documentation,
manpower handling, line automation and regular researching for reducing MTTR and increasing MTBF time .
