A total work experience of more than 5 years in EPC of thermal power projects .
 Hired by Siemens , Vadodara (Through RKS Engineers and Consultants) from June
-2011 to till date for different projects.
 Hired by Alstom ,Feb 2011 to August-2011 (Through RKS Engineers and
Consultants) as BOP mechanical engineer at Chamera-3 site.
 Worked with S R Turbo Energy, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad as site engineer from Jan
2010 to Feb 2011. A leading Power Plant EPC and O&M contactor of steam and
hydro turbines.
 6 month In-plant Industrial Training in welding Technology in Indo Auto Tech,
Faridabad.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
 Planning the site activities with customer and sub-contractor.
 Safe unloading and storage of heavy mechanical equipment, its auxiliaries, piping
materials etc at site.
 Ensuring the field erection of all equipment as per drawing and manuals with taking
all major issues in account.
 Quality check of contractor’s work at site and field modification of piping routes as
per site condition wherever necessary.
 Ensuring DP test and hydro pressure test of all the piping loops as per field quality
plan.
 Protocol preparation of various works as per field quality plan.
 Preparing as-built drawing for future reference of HO and customer.
 Documentation of all types of quality documents for future handing over to client and
HO.
 Bill verification of contractors at site as per contractual agreements.
 Coordinating with civil works as per site condition at civil-mechanical interface.
 Scheduling the work progress at site.
 Risk assessment in work and ensuring total safety of workers and equipments at
site.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
 Competent to do full EPC project of Thermal Power Plant as lead engineer.
 Familiar to IS, ASTM and AWS codes and standards.
 Expertise in Heavy Rotatory Machine alignment like steam turbine, generators,fans,
pumps and motors.
 Erection and inspection of Pressure piping (IBR and Non IBR) as per standards ,P&I Ds
and isometric drawings.
 Strong willingness to learn new skills and abilities and observe perception
 Ability to establish rapport and work in a team.
