and 7.5MVA, 33kV/6.6kV.
• Maintenance of 33KV and 6.6KV HT panel boards consisting of
vacuum circuit breakers and vacuum contactor units.
• Testing and maintenance of Thyristor based battery charger and
battery bank of VRLA batteries.
• Maintenance of control and relay panels of 33KV/6.6KV, 14MVA,
7.5MVA power transformer and its outdoor circuit breakers.
• Familiar with earthing practices i.e., copper plate earthing and GI pipe
earthing and measuring of earth resistance.
• Familiar with preventive maintenance schedules of HT motors up to
500KW including control panels and IEC specifications.
• Testing of protection relays viz., over current, earth fault, under
voltage, over voltage, motor protection and differential relay of
various makes viz., Areva, Alstom etc.
• Operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Diesel Generator i.e.,
1250KVA, 320KVA.Including control, and AVR panels-ECP
(Electronic control panels).
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of PLC’S i.e. SIEMENS S7 300 &
GE FANUC 9X.
• Familiar with maintenance of electrical equipment’s in conveyors i.e.
Pull chord, Beltways, Belt rupture system, ZSS & Belt weigher etc.
