4. Boiler and Switch yard Annual planning and excuation.
5. Responsible for efficient operation of all utility like steam boiler, T.F. heater,
chilling plant,
6. Familiar with maintenance of PMCC, MCC PANEL, and PLC & DCS System.
7. Develop new vendor & code generate and indenting for electrical maintenance item
and has to maintain proper inventory of all electrical goods for plant requirement
8. All Boiler equipments, switch yard and substation ,22kv tower line Thermo grapy
work carried as per weekly and monthly .preventive action plan preparation to avoid
Break down .
9. Co-ordination with interdepartmental and process.
10. Proficiency: in MS-Office, different software tools and documentation.
11.Familier with Daily material management through ERP .
12. Familiar to do out sourcing job make estimation, job order and Billing
13. Familiar with different improvement techniques like TQM ,QIO, Kaizen, 5-S,
ISO, and Break down analysis, Corrective Action & Preventive Action.
14. Co-ordination with vendors and parties.
