Metallic Buildings Company was founded in 1983 by
Eng. Tarek Lotfy. It is a privately held company
headquartered in Cairo, Egypt.
Our projects range from Metallic structures, Civil Works
and Residential Projects for both public and private
sectors.
Metallic Buildings Company has been a certified builder
for Kirby Buildings Systems since1983.

Throughout our long history, we have been praised by
business owners for our attention to detail and our ability
to provide knowledge driven and cost saving solutions
for many construction projects.
We apply our expertise to a broad spectrum of
construction related services and delivery systems,
including: General Contracting, construction
management and fabrication and erection of steel
structures (in collaboration with Kirby Building Systems)

Kirby Building Systems is a global leader in the design and
manufacturing of pre-engineered steel buildings and
structures, offering customers a wide range of customized,
cost-effective pre-engineered steel solutions.
To ensure that every Kirby building is completed as specified,
Kirby’s products are erected through authorized Kirby
Builders.
The Kirby builder is a local professional with wide experience
in the construction industry, dedicated to delivering
professional expertise.
6. KIRBY PARTNERSHIP
Metallic Buildings Company has been a certified
builder for Kirby Buildings Systems since1983. Thus,
we work closely with the customer from project
conception to completion.
Kirby Building Systems and Metallic buildings
Company have been in close collaboration in many
construction projects for more than three decades.

Since its establishment, MBC has constructed about 150
projects both Industrial and Residential.
Scope of works in these projects ranged from MBC
being the general contractor responsible for the whole
project to being responsible for the metallic structure of
the project.
