Senior Installation Food Service Advisor: Responsible for advising Command on food service related matters.
Provided planning and oversight, created and enforced policies for the command and provided mentorship for
over 125 food service person. Served as Theater Food Service Advisor, while deployed in Kuwait.
• Lead: For several projects from furniture contract ($144K) for a unit move from Ft Knox, KY to Ft Bragg,
NC; Sustainment Operations Center ($440K) (Secure/ Command Center); responsible to lead a working
group, plan and design a functional secure operation center within the headquarters building at Ft Knox
(2013-1014).
• Lead: Responsible to provide oversight and supervision all food service support of 10 Middle Eastern
Countries to include Afghanistan, Jordan and Iraq (Theater)

• Contract Officer Representative for two food service contracts totaling over $30M European contracts.

over 4,000 personnel daily, while providing leadership and guidance to 112 military cooks.
• Provided oversight of five Forward Operating Base dining facilities and 12 food service outposts and one
food distribution center in central Iraq which supported over 25K personnel.
• Project Lead: Subsistence Distribution Center; responsible for the design, created the requirements,
coordinate with agencies, create and submit a contract request and oversee the project. ($480K annually).
