GRAMMAR – SHOULD / SHOULDN’T HAVE DONE
 Look back at the text on page 88. What were Mike’s and Erin’s regrets? Can you give Mike and
Erin any advice? Use SHOULD!
E.g. Mike should have studied more.
Erin should have joined some clubs.
 To criticize past actions we use should / shouldn’t + have + past participle.
HOMEWORK: Do exercises 6 a, b, c and d on page 91.
Also, do exercises under Check Your Progress on page 95, in order to assess the progress you have made
after Lesson 11 – Love and Lesson 12 – Regret.
