 January, 2009 – December 2015
 At Verizon my primary responsibility was to support Development and System Testing environments,
requiring multi-tasking between environments and Development Life Cycle Phases. We primarily used
the Waterfall method and in some cases Agile.
 Coordinated, implemented and documented software configuration management (CM) and version
control of COBOL programs, copybooks, stored procedures (DB2), and REXX Cellular Billing mainframe
solution in Endevor as the code management software.
 Supported multiple Cellular Billing applications that resided in Linux client/server environments using
ACCUREV as the code management software. E.g. XML's, JAVA, JavaScript, stored procedures(Oracle)
 Supported Release Management Coordinators in their efforts of keeping Releases on schedule, while
