Hard Work:
Hard work would mean spending long hours to complete
the work without any shortcuts. It ensures results, but the process
is long and stressful.
Smart Work:
Smart work would be aiming for the same results but with
planning and prioritization of tasks.
Hard Work Smart Work
Hard work is done by physical
efforts and less use of brain
Smart work is done more use of brain
& techniques and less use of physical
efforts
Put in lots of time & effort to do the
work
Spent less time doing the same
amount of work
Does everything himself Outsources his work
Do certain things without effective
planning
Get the work done through planning
and without physical stress
May generate high cost for doing a
work
Leads to work done in minimum cost
Never fails Sometimes may fail
