1. I developed the convention of having the name of the
artist in bold, because audiences are more likely to
familiarise with the artist because of their name.
Also, the font that I used to write it in highlights the theme
of nature that I wanted to represent.
I developed the convention of including the
Digipak because my audience would be able
to identify or know the album that they will
buy.
In addition, the name of the Digipak is written
and it is in the same font as the Digipak. This
is a development of the convention because
audiences remember how the Digipak looked
like.
The image of my artist is in
the centre and it is a close
up shot, this shows that I
developed that convention.
Many adverts use a close up
of the artist because
audiences are more likely to
familiarise with the artist.
Many of the language that I used to address my audience were not mainly found on the Magazine Adverts that I
researched this showed that I challenged the convention.
The star rating makes the audience want to discover why she gained such a high rating, “The new voice of 2014” also
pushes the audiences into wanting to hear the voice and be familiar with it. Because my song is a Pop Ballad I thought
it would be found in a teenage magazine like “ten vogue”, they promoted the album.
Audiences can tell that I am up to date with technology because of the barcode in which people can scan so they can
download the song and listen to it.
