Description: CBRE is the top Real Estate and Property Management Services which is
spread across Worldwide.
Responsibilities Handled:
Maintaining database for Client, Property and Tenants details.
Processing Ad-Hoc to raise charges for the tenants.
Reconciliation of Logs maintained for Query and Rejection.
Creation and Expansion of New Vendors in the Database.

Worked on 27 different Country’s Invoices – EMEA Region.
We process around 300 Invoices per day – where a person can easily process 100
Invoices.
Core Job is processing different language invoices with Application Kofax and
CAAPS.
Kofax is an OCR Detector which helps capture data automatically and enables us
to verify the details of the Invoice updates and validate.
CAAPS – Corporate Accounting Accounts Payable Solution is an application which
helps move the Invoice to the database where the Clients or AP Managers would pick
the Invoices for payments.

Description: I worked under “Coyote Accounts Payable” Project from Atlanta, GA.
Coyote is one of the fastest-growing transportation and logistics service providers in North
America.
Responsibilities Handled:
I was handling Vouchers and Invoice processing for the Core Clients for Logistics Industry.
Processing Invoices and Quality Analysis through the GP (Great Plain) System.
Coordinating with the authorized approvers to set a workflow for NON-PO Invoices.
Auditing Expense Reports of the employees, which includes cash and AMEX card
expenses.
Making Payments to Vendors through GP System.
Identification, recovery and prevention through root cause analysis of duplicate
bookings and payments.
Handling email and escalation queries.
Processing Fixed Assets by capitalizing the assets and Reconciliation.
Sending various weekly and monthly reports to the higher level management.
