Development Deptt. The company is India's leading manufacturer of Oil Hydraulic equipment. It has its
two in house foundries. One is ARPA line and other is HPML from SINTO Japan ,Production capacity
of 2000 MT/Month. Supplier of Grey cast iron and SG Iron for products specializing in Crank Case,
Rotor Body. The company is also into manufacturing of various parts of agricultural division such as
transmission cases, gear housings of tractors.
Company's main customers include Wipro Kawasaki, Kirlosker, VST, Walvoil, Ashok Leyland.
Here my job responsibilities are:
• Feasibility analysis for New Orders (Castings)
• New Product Time Line Planning & Scheduling
• Casting & Methoding drawing creation.
• Design & Development of tooling for New Castings using Pro E.
• Modification & improvisation of current projects.
• Coordinate CFT meetings for new products.
• ISO documentation & systems adherence
• Reverse engineering using CMM. Making 3d models & tooling inspection of old & new
tooling using CMM.

 From Aug 2007 to Aug 2009:
Worked with M/S Amtek India Limited, Foundry Division, Bhiwadi,
Rajasthan as Tooling Inspector, Tool Room & Q.A. The company is a leading manufacturer and
supplier of S.G. iron & grey cast iron products such as Cylinder blocks, Cylinder heads, flywheel
housings of cars, tractors to Maruti, Hyundai, L&T, ITL, PTL, Mahindra & Mahindra, Standard tractors.
Also they are into manufacturing of cast parts of heavy automobile machinery e.g. earth movers, cranes
for L&T, JCB etc.
Here my job responsibilities were:
• Master pattern making, Mounting of Pattern, Pattern Repairing, Inspection for Pattern, Core
Box, Gig and Fixture, Casting’s Method drawing.
• Quality Measuring Tools: Use of Quality Tools Like – Height Gauge, Vernior Calipers, Micro
meter, Bevel Protector and other Gauges etc.
