Key Responsibilities in Development
• Inspection Standard development (Follow Drawing, JIS, Hino Standard).
• Evaluating off tool samples (OTS) as per HINO JAPAN inspection standards and compiling test reports
• (Casting, Machining, Rubber, Sheet Metal. FRP and Plastic Parts).
• Time to time vendor visit for monitoring of new development Guide line to vendors in process planning, tooling
development, development schedule, checking fixture and other related matters
• For verification of new Vendor’s Productivity and Reliability of Product through SWOT Analysis.
• Manage and maintain the company’s vendor contract management and documentation proper record keeping.
• Provide support to the development team through supervision and training.
Key Responsibilities in Inspection
• Raw material inspection (Jell coat. Resin, CR Sheets, HR sheets, Pean Wood, Paint, etc.
• Highlight problems, rejection, NCR, weak area of supplier, Root Cause analysis and suggest countermeasures.
• Prepare short term and long term rejection solutions.
• Maintain periodical data for Vendor / supplier rejections.
• Implement supplier individual check sheets before supplies delivery.
• Education of vendors to reduce rejections in P. P. M.
• Improve Key Performance Indicator including Incoming inspection, In-process inspection and Final product through
various improvement initiatives and living Quality Management System.
• Minimizing the Inward Quality inspection by implementing the Fixture and gauges.

• Executing cost saving techniques/measures & modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures/gross
margin targets.
