Job Profile:
RESPONSIBILITY:-
 To working in Standard Room.
 To worked in Inprocess quality.
 To control the shop floor component rejection and to control the quality Of
Components as per customer requirement.
INSPECTION:-
 REGULAR INSPECTION: - Regular inspection of machined component as per process
sheet.
 FINAL INSPECTION: - P.D.I. report of final product as per final drawing.
 LAY OUT INSPECTION: -As per final drawing..
 Knowledge of all general instruments used in standard room and production
(Micrometer,vernier,Height gauge,Slip gauge,Disc micrometer,Bore gauge ,
Pin micrometer,Ring gauge and snap gauge.)

2. MACHINES HANDLING KNOWLEDGE
 COORDINATE MEASURING MACHINE: - Checking of all Liner, Radial and Angular 1D, 2D
and 3D operating manual and on program.
 CONTOUR TESTER: Checking of dimensional measurement such as Angle Radius and
Distance of various machine components.
 LEAD & PROFILE TESTER:-Checking of Gear profile & lead for all type Spur and Helical
Gear and Shaft.
 LINEAR HEIGHT GAUGE LH 600:- Checking of various linear 1D and 2D dimensional
parameter VIZ. Circle diameter, Width, Centre Distance, Distance of machine component
Etc.
 CAM TESTER: - Checking of Cam Shaft Angle and Profile with respect to process sheet.
 ROUGHNESS TESTER: - Checking of various Roughness parameters of various machine
components..
 ROUNDNESS TESTER :-Checking of various roundness & Cylendercity of various
machine components.
