Role:
∑ To grade the standard size to full size 3D and design Mould Structure Designing for that model.
Grading 2D and 3D required in full size for each component namely Injection Phylon (IP) and
Rubber Bottom (RB)
∑ Making 2D model view for components like Injection Phylon (IP) and Rubber Bottom (RB).
2. Responsibilities:
∑ Designing ‘Mould Structure Design’ (MSD) for Injection Phylon (IP) mould and Rubber Bottom
(RB) mould. Creating macro for operations like level arrangement, grading and locking morph
surface.
∑ Designing step surface for IP mould and RB mould.
∑ Getting 2D wireframe from 3D surfaces, solid and mesh component. Making 2D sectional and
pattern file.
∑ Designing Jigs and fixtures for mould. Studying 2D Model View (MV) and making macro using
grading data which was provided in the MV.
∑ Scheduling 3D grading for mould making process.
∑ Leading a team of 6 members and giving necessary directions to them in the process of mould
