• Responsibility to handle erection &commissioning of new Machines i.e. Rolling Mill
• Continuous improvement in roll setting & product Quality during operation to enhance
customer satisfaction and to increase the productivity and reduce the product cost.
• Testing of Products to ensure their strength.
• To implement TPM, KAIZEN & 5s model in the department & Preparing SOP’s.
• RCA of Breakdowns & their minimization using FMEA & Quality Control Tools.
