manufacturer of Steering Gear box assembly and parts of Orbital System, Power
steering system, Manual steering, Manual to Power conversion Kits, Reticulating Ball
type (Twin-arm & single-arm) steering gears in technical collaboration with the leading
company of U.K. Burman & Sons Ltd. Burman- Rajshi Steering Gears are fitted as original
equipment in Ford, Massey, Fiat, Farmtrac, H.M.T., V.S.T., Sonalika Tractors and also many
other commercial vehicle. And aluminum channel, window shutter and any type of
extrusion profile.
CURRENT JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
 I am looking after all design & development activities.
 My job includes making sectional assembly drawings of steering gears,(2D&3D) exploded
views of steering gears assemblies and drawings of individual parts and design of Gauge &
Fixtures for the same, Casting Machining Drawings, Aluminum extrusion drawings &
Process Flow sheets, Bill of material.
PREVIOUS:
Worked as Production Supervisor & Draftsman with M/s. Kanishka International
(Ballabgarh). Company is manufacturing electric motor with different capacity range.
Worked with M/s GE Motor (Fbd.) as trainee (2 year) in tool room the largest seller of GP
motor in India.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:
 Three years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from IASE. University Rajasthan.
 Passed two year I.T.I. in Machinist trade from Palwal in July 2003 to 2005.
 Six month diploma in Auto Cad, Solid Works (2d & 3d )All Version from RVM Cad
soft.(Faridabad)

ACADEMIC:
 Passed 12th from H.B.S.E. in 2003.
 Passed 10th From H.B.S.E, in 2001.
