• “Education is life.”. As a process , it passes
through different stages of modifications
just to meet the needs of every Filipino . A
Filipino whose mission and vision is to
serve and be responsive to every needs of
the society, to answer every query about
and hope and how to survive the
necessities of the ever changing world.
103. • The apex of any educational desire is
basically dependent upon the standard set
forth by the Department of Education
through its faucets such as bureaus of
elementary and secondary , the commission
of higher education , mandated Republic
Act enacted by the senate and likes . Such
endeavors ensure significant outcomes,
thereby allowing our country competitive to
other nation of the world.

104. REACTIONREACTION
•
• The economy of the state is dependent
upon to the system of education it catered
and accepted. The Philippine’s economy as
of now is sinking rapidly due to the
emergence of flight-by-night institution
which produces half-baked graduates that
plunder the busy metropolis of night shifted
workers specifically “call centers”.
105. REACTIONREACTION
• It is hoped that by 2015, the Philippines will
emerges as top competitors in the scenery
of economic strata of the world. Let us not
loose hope, let us envision and dreamed
that someday the mission vision of the
Department of Education and the CHED be
fully realized and that every Filipino enjoy
the fruit of success out of the endless effort
exerted by the EDUCATORS.
