ensure that you choose a location to attend for as
long as Flex is being used appropriately, it will

26. Updating New Grades
• Students that have not yet received an admission offer are now able to
update their new high school courses and marks from their first semester
online!
• Students will update their new grades by simply going to the UAlberta
application start page at uab.ca/apply and clicking on the “Update
Courses” button.
• Students that have not yet received an offer will be able to update the
following marks in their application:
Final marks for completed first-semester courses (mark should
reflect the final blended grade if a provincial exam was written)
Mid-term marks for full-year courses (must reflect at least 50% of
course content)
Drop previously listed courses if a student has withdrawn from them
• Students are required to submit updates by April 15, 2016.
• Please note that students that are required to submit new grades have
been contacted via email on Tuesday, February 9th.

From March 14 to 19 prospective students can attend
any one of our free information sessions. Full details on
information sessions on offer during Info Session Week
and throughout the year are available at
MacEwan.ca/InfoSessions.
Programs eligible for early admission are identified on
the website and will also be identified at their sessions.
Prospective students are encouraged to submit their
application to be assessed for early admission during
Info Session Week if they have not done so already.
