Description:
The scope of the project is to modify and validate of the FQI IFEM (Fuel Quantity Indicator) at Client
Location and Outer Splice Angle IFEM at Offshore with GFEM following AM2036 standards and
Compiles reports of IFEM validation as per Airbus standard.
Responsibilities
Static, Dynamic and Elasto-thermal checks were performed on IFEM Model. Validation of the FE models
using AM2036 forms. Preparation of the FEM books for the validated models and weekly reporting to

analysis where carried out and detailed dossier preparation for the A350-1000 rear spar Pintle and
MLGC Fitting metallic components.

Input template, supporting data files, Nastran Deck and preparation performing analysis. Bolted Joint

The scope of the project is to perform the static & fatigue strength checks for the non-conformance
components, whichever are raised by the production team. The typical non-conformances on the spar
are oversized holes, delaminations, NDT defects, edge impacts, edge of part etc.
Responsibilities:
The scope of the project is to prepare a Stress substantiation report for the concession raised on Spar of
A350 and A330. Work involves finding out location of the defect and type of the defect on the
component. Further work involves understanding the type of analyses which are getting affected due to
the non-conformance and check the strength of the component in the presence of the non-conformance.
As of part of documentation, concession reports are developed in line with Airbus Standards.
