Generation of 3D CAD models from sketches using NMG’S, in a Design-in-Context
environment in a concurrent engineering mode in VPM.
Generation of detail drawings for fabrication and other down stream activities.
Creating & managing the data in VPM, Creation of PSN tree structure for sub assembly,
assembly and parts with appropriate NMG’S.

Description : The scope of the project was to build manufacturing drawings maintaining
stringent quality checks as per Airbus standards. Creation of Manufacturing and Installation
Drawings to be used in Aircraft.

• Creation of installation drawings for tubes
• Creation of bracket manufacturing drawings.
Responsibilities :
As the delivery was every alternate day role was to do regular QC and over view on all the
drawings before sending the data to ensure Airbus quality standards, to meet customer
satisfaction index, Ensuring the Project success and employee satisfaction through optimum and
effective utilization of all available documents so as to contribute to the Division’s objectives.

Description: This structural arrangement starts from the Station 1 to Station 3. It incorporates
Floors, Longerons, Stiffeners, Edge members, Splice plate and LRU’s. The main function of
this assembly is to provide the structural support to Probe and Mast connected to the Interface
Bracket. The entire Station 1 to Station 3 MMR assembly was integrated with a/c structure
assembly
2) Preliminary structural 3d layout of Sta# 1 to Sta# 3 LCA Mk2.
Description: This structural arrangement starts from the Station 1 to Station 3. It incorporates
Floors, Longerons, Stiffeners, Edge members, Splice plate and LRU’s. The main function of
this assembly is to provide the structural support to LRU’s function and Radar and its
associated LRU’s. This assembly attached to the Bulkhead at Station 1 to Station 3 through
the splice plate and spacers.
3) Preliminary structural 3d layout of ENDCONE(Sta# 37 to END) for LCA Mk2.
3. Description: This structural arrangement extends from the end of the rear fuselage to
outer tip of the aircraft. The main function of this assembly is to provide a structural
support at end station in the form of bulkhead, and also this assembly carries the turkey
feather, which creates the partial pressure in engine bay region, enabling engine bay
cooling at lower altitude and at lower mach no.
This region is also where the engine exhausts the hot gases. This assembly consists of
a bulk head , turkey feather and support structure like longeron , stringers and angles .

Radome lock Assembly for LSP of LCA Mk1 to close RFA .
