Post Deployment Management
• Assets can be tracked under the following status once they have
been deployed
• Replacement Requested – when the asset is damaged at the outlet or
warehouse and should be replaced either from stock or new purchase
• Lost – when the asset is lost at the outlet or warehouse
• Pull-out requested – when the outlet wishes to discontinue the asset usage
• Model Swapped – when a new model is needed - larger capacity, better
functionalities, etc.
• These operations can be performed by the deployer, warehouse or
manufacturer

Replacing Assets/Equipment
• Assets may get damaged at the outlet or warehouse and need
replacement
• The concerned user can scan the damaged asset’s barcode and
replace it with a new asset
• The damaged asset’s status changes to “Replacement Requested”
• The new asset selected is automatically mapped to the correct
distributor, outlet and marked as active
• The damaged asset is discarded from the asset list after
confirmation from the asset in-charge
