 Brought agency staffing from 32% to 99.97%. (47 personnel to 382)

Training and Career Development
 Created and guided career paths for more than 175 employees which included self-evaluation, peer
reviews, and training based on field of work as well as quarterly performance appraisal.
 Maintained training budget for agency as well as determining topics, venues and length of training
while also giving employees freedom to choose some training on their own.
 Established awards, incentives such as cash bonuses/ time off awards, monitored promotions,
deductions and disciplinary measures.
 Developed companywide training and internship programs based on job field.
Records Management
 Created and implemented an entire electronic records system for the agency.
 Oversaw scanning of over 3000 records to be filed, destroyed, stored or sent to National Archives
and Records Administration.
 Changed all paper records from paper to electronic.
Benefits
 Managed benefits administration which included explaining the different options for health,
dental, vision, life insurance, short term disability and long term disability
 Explained to incoming personnel and supervisors with employees, the meaning of the Thrift
Savings Plan (Federal 401K) for employees, and how it affected their retirement depending on
their contributions.
 Coached supervisors and managers on how to properly apply company policies and procedures while
ensuring legal and federal regulatory compliance.
