aims to customize learning for each students strengths
, needs , skills , and interests . Each student gets a
learning plan that’s based on what he knows and how
he learns best .

6. Advantages and Disadvantages
Advantages:
 Scope for students to learn anything at any time
 Students can cope with their own pace of learning
 Students develop self-discipline in real life
situations

 Teacher can take individual differences into account
Disadvantages:
 Need of expensive technological tools
 Less dependence on teachers

from the evolution of teaching skills to enhance
curriculum to break through digital technology.
 Personalized learning, which transforms education
from a factory model to students centered
education, is demonstrating success with students
of all backgrounds and abilities.
