This document outlines the key components of 21st century learning. It focuses on fully equipping students with skills beyond basic academics, including critical thinking, communication, collaboration, creativity and innovation. Students will construct new knowledge, apply it across disciplines, and work in groups toward common goals. Teachers will use project-based and student-centered methods to help students develop self-regulation, solve real-world problems, use technology critically and communicate skillfully. The goal is to prepare tomorrow's leaders to adapt to change, negotiate diverse views, and work interdependently.
