Presently working with M/s Sulochana Cotton Spinning Mills Pvt. Ltd,.
Coimbatore., as “Executive-HR” “From Aug, 2013” to till date. Incepted in 1990,
Sulochana Cotton Spinning Mills (P) Ltd. is engaged in manufacturing cotton yarn of
different varieties and counts. Today, it is among the top 3 Indian suppliers of Mélange yarn
which can be directly used in garmenting unlike grey yarn that needs dyeing. It also boasts of
the highest capacity to manufacture Mélange yarn in the region.

2. WORK & RESPONSIBILITIES
PRIMARY
HUMAN RESOURCE
 Co coordinating in Pay Roll Compensation, attendance & maintaining the Leave
record of the employee in SAP HRMS Software.
 Maintained resignation records, ex-employee dues; processed resignations with
respective department heads;
 Processed the Exit Interview, full & final settlement and released Service Certificates
after ensuring that the employees owed no dues
 Assisted in Office Administrative Work & AMC’S
 Handling the queries of the Employee pertaining to the ESI, PF etc
 Managing the time office
SECONDARY
INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS
 Believe in proactive IR rather than reactive
 Supervision of statutory Compliance’s under various Industrial Laws. i.e PF, ESI,
Bonus, Gratuity, And Factories Act Etc.
