indentification of manpower requirements.
 Indentifying traning needs across levels through mapping of skill reuired for particular
poasition & analysis of existing levels .
 1Joining Formilities
 Looking all the statutory compliances involving EPF, ESIC, Bonus and Gratuity.
 Prepare Temporary ESI Card for New Joiners
 Generating and Filling EPF, ESI monthly Challans
 Handling Employee grievances. mentoring and counseling employee
 Initiating various welfare measures like annual Day, get-togethers celebrations
 Trying to make good employee relation to resolving the Industrial Dispute
 Preparation of Leave and attendance records, payroll inputs
