After implementing GUL67, which decreased the number of 2G TRX from existing 2G sites, the network experienced a loss in 2G traffic erlang. Power rules for GUL900 specify 20W for each of the 3 TRXs, but some sites were still configured with 10W per TRX. Additionally, 28 sites showed decrements in traffic erlang, with 12 having different antenna heights than before and 16 having different azimuths. While power adjustments were made in early November, differences in configurations before and after implementing GUL appeared to cause the erlang traffic decreases.

• After GUL67 have been implemented, the network experiencing traffic 2G erlang loss.
• GUL900 rules for 2G are TRX installed for S3/3/3. This configuration will decrease TRX number from existing
2G site.
• Power rules for G900 is: 20w each TRX (60w for 3 TRX). We still found some power-config run with 10w in each
TRX. Less power means less traffic. But, this power adjustment has been done by 1-4 Nov for all GUL67. And
we have traffic increment for final result.

• Total site experiencing traffic erlang decrement = 28 Sites;
• From those 28 sites,
• 12 sites have different antenna height more than 2m (value before and after GUL900 implementation)
• 16 sites have different Azimuth (value before and after GUL900 implementation)
• 1 site have no difference between before and after, but the antenna height is on 70m (too high)
