To help you maximize success we have assigned a Customer Success
Manager (CSM) to provide strategic guidance and to help you achieve
the expected value from Brainshark.
Tony Schmitz: your assigned CSM
Q: How can you help us?
A: As your CSM, I will provide strategic guidance to help you increase
your productivity with Brainshark, integrating communications,
business practices, and your current systems to maximize efficiency
and deliver positive business outcomes. I will show you how to apply
best practices to power your content, while keeping focused on
change management for the organization to attain measurable
productivity gains.
I have Brainshark expertise, as well as extensive experience in sales,
marketing and human capital that you can tap into as you plan your
communication and enablement projects. I can also help you analyze
the reporting data so you can continuously refine and improve the
success of your messaging.
Q: How will we work together?
A: Our partnership will be based on open communication. I want to
better understand your plans for using the Brainshark platform. Since
other perspectives are helpful, please invite as many key people to our
discussions as needed.
We’ll review what projects you have already created and delivered.
When I know your objectives and challenges, I can provide my
assessment along with additional ideas to help you succeed. I look
forward to working with you.
