January 2015-August 2016:-Senior Process Engineer on contract to Mott
MacDonald Bentley on the Welsh Water Framework. Carrying out
feasibility assessments on a number of works with consent changes
and/or growth. Blower replacement project for 9 major works. Worked on
design to Gateway3 for North Wales advanced anaerobic scheme.
Training of process staff and project leads (lunchtime sessions on my own
initiative). Reviewing designs. Recently completed CIWEM mentoring
course.
July- Dec 2014:- Contract Process Commissioning Engineer to Costain
commissioning a new Anaerobic Digestion plant converting municipal
waste to energy. Data collection and reporting.

commissioning a new Anaerobic Digestion plant converting municipal
waste to energy.
Sept 2012 – June 2013: Contract Senior Process Engineer to Imtech
Process Ltd, working on Dwr Cymru Wastewater projects. Phosphorus
removal for Habitats Directive and solutions for consent and growth
schemes. Effluent treatment for recycling as industrial water use in
Kazakhstan.
2010-Sept 2012: Contract Process Engineer in United Utilities working on
potable water projects (drought) and waste water projects. In addition
working on pilot plant as part of a major investigation into Phosphorus
removal to very low levels.

Sales Development Engineer
Selling industrial gases through environmental processes to the water and
waste water industry. Designing industrial treatment process plants and
process problem solving. Developing the market for pure oxygen ozone
systems and pH control using carbon dioxide.

function involved regular sampling of sludges applied to land, soil
sampling and developing outlets for sludge with local farmers. Developed
a computerised reporting system that streamlined the existing paper
system used by the tanker drivers. Management and also the realistic
reporting system made the fleet more efficient than the private contractor
