2. PROJECTS
#Project 1: Windows XP to Windows 7 migration through SCCM
Client: HDFC
Role: Technical Consultant.
Summary: HDFC had 56000 users who were using Windows XP, migrated all of them to Windows 7 with the help of
SCCM images and Server.
#Project 2: Active Directory Consolidation
Client: PVR Cinemas
Role: Technical Consultant.
Summary: PVR Cinemas had 112 sites with their individual Domains. Firstly, Installed and Configured the Domain
Controller 2012 and two additional domain controller 2008 in their corporate site. Consolidated all 112 sites to their
corporate domain (corp.pvrcinemas.com) and promoting all their 112 domain controllers as RODC to Corporate domain. As
well as moved all there back office machines, POS machines, Kiosk machines, Candy Machines to Corporate domain. As
well as configured their individual sites.
#Project 3: Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
Client: Canara HSBC Life Insurance
Role: Technical Consultant & Project Coordinator.
Summary: Canara HSBC was using Windows XP in their Client Environment. Migrated some users to Windows 7 and
Ubuntu, rest of all the users to Virtual Desktop Environment. Technologies used are:- Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, MS
USMT, Dell’s Proprietary Tools for assessment and data backup / restoration, Active Directory Group Policies. Majorly
handled the Batch file scripting part and had a good experience with it.
#Project 4: Domain migration and OS up-gradation.
Client: Barclays Bank
Role: Technical Consultant & Project Coordinator.
Summary: Barclays is having multiple forest and domain infrastructure. We have migrated the users from one domain
to different domain also created their profiles and changed their legacy systems from Windows XP to Windows 7. Also we
have upgraded the hardware of all the systems, handled application installation and issues after Domain and OS migration.
