Them Double Salary of What You are Giving Them.”
• “Treat Them Well Enough So they Don’t Want to Leave” .
• Encourage “INTERNAL PROMOTIONS” over “HELICOPTER LANDING”.
• Develop “INTERNAL LEADERS & COACHES” within your organization .
• Know your employee strength , engage their talent , ask the advice , involve them ,

• Setup Physical & Mental “GLASSDOOR CULTURE & POLICY”.

• Create a “ASSEST LIGHT MODEL” for your training .
• Implement dedicated Learning hours/leave policy .
• Every person , strength & behavior are different , hence don’t expect same from
everyone & define same KPI’s for everyone .
