In lieu of an employee’s leave of absence, I was given the opportunity to assist two top executives. I
support the VP of Public Affairs – Phosphates, as well as the VP of Land Development at Streamsong,
Mosaic’s Golf Resort located near South Fort Meade, FL. I am responsible for scheduling meetings and
travel plans for the VP of Public Affairs. I am able to compile both executives’ expense reports in
Concur. I coordinate all travel plans both domestic and international and organize their plans into
detailed itineraries. I also am responsible for visa applications and making sure that all requirements
are met for foreign and domestic travel. I am in charge of communicating meetings and updates to
the Phosphates Public Affairs team. In this role, I help the team by organizing their calendars into an
Excel-formatted weekly report to share with the team during their weekly call.
From July 22-Aug. 26, I was placed by Rita Staffing at Mosaic’s FishHawk location as the front desk
receptionist. I was responsible for greeting visitors and employees. I was able to enforce safety and
security by helping security with checking in visitors and employees from other locations. I also
answered a multi-line telephone and directed calls to all Mosaic Florida and Louisiana locations. I
organized and called in both FedEx and DHL shipments for pickup.
