Lead Project Manager Bank of America Account
Lead PM team supporting BofA account for BAU and Refresh, this
PM team is made out of 5 PMs and myself.
Responsible for distributing tasks among PMs on the team and
ensuring all project tasks are complete to customer’s satisfaction
Lead IMO team on all BofA activities, helping them with planning,
training and escalations
Support account team and upper management on managing
performance and revenue forecast for BofA account
Support deployment of NextGen units for BofA
Attend customer planed conference calls to review activity and process
improvement
Plan and run conference calls withinternal and external customers, and
other vendors to plan and review installation activities
Work with customer on schedules to finalize schedules for upcoming
activities
