2015 - Current Diebold, Inc Tampa Bay, FL
Lead Project Manager Bank of America Account
 Lead PM team supporting BofA account for BAU and Refresh, this
PM team is made out of 5 PMs and myself.
 Responsible for distributing tasks among PMs on the team and
ensuring all project tasks are complete to customer’s satisfaction
 Lead IMO team on all BofA activities, helping them with planning,
training and escalations
 Support account team and upper management on managing
performance and revenue forecast for BofA account
 Support deployment of NextGen units for BofA
 Attend customer planed conference calls to review activity and process
improvement
 Plan and run conference calls withinternal and external customers, and
other vendors to plan and review installation activities
 Work with customer on schedules to finalize schedules for upcoming
activities
 Second level of escalation for day of activities issues, internal and
external.
 Prepare budgets and manage invoices from customer and other
vendors.
 Work with vendor on pricing for installations
 Mange scope of work and project plans creation for ATM installations
and upgrade deployments for BofA
 Create tools in excel to improve team’s efficiency
 Develop and mantain processes to comply with customer
requirements

get reports of daily activity progress and escalate to Project
Management.
 TroubleTickets creation to dispatch technicians to resolve ATM issues
 Take part of Project planning and execution
 Came up with a better way to do daily tracking, improving results on
schedule attainment
 Created tools to generate daily tracking reports for Diebold’s upper
management and customer
 Led three other trackers and was in charge of training
