8. The basic recommendations for the
physical activity of school-aged children
• All 7- to 18-year-olds should be physically active for at least
one to two hours daily, in a variety of ways suitable for each
age group. Age group 7—12-year-olds should be physically
active at least 2 hours.
• Continued periods of sitting for more than two hours at a
time should be avoided.
• Screen time with entertainment media should be limited to
two hours per day.

10. This project relation to goals of Agenda 2030
Vision of Agenda 2030:
“A world in which knowledge-empowered people, institutions and
organizations achieve results to overcome global challenges.”
This projects vision is to help pupils to get knowledge and empower
through that so they can make changes in their lives.
12. Goal 3
Sporty and active lifestyle promotes health and well-
being. At school pupils have opportunity to try
different kind of activities. Idea is that everyone finds
their own way to exercise.
13. Goal 4
Good education equals well-being. At school pupils
will gain all the information they need to live healthy,
active and productive life. In case pupils won’t have
sport as their hobby at least they will have PE lesson
at school. At school they will get possibility to try
different ways to move and hopefully they find sport
what they are good at and will start that as their new
hobby.
14. Goal 5
Girls and boys should have equal access to equal
opportunities in life without being discriminated by
gender. At school pupils will have same amount and
same activities in sports even same lesson. Pupils
will have common health and well-being lessons.
15. Goal 8
Active life and exercising promotes well-being. Well-
being of the individuals makes whole nation more
well-being. It also increases productivity and
contributes country’s growth.
16. Goal 10
Everybody has equal right to participate in every
aspect of society despite of sex, age, income of the
family, disability, sexual orientation, race, class,
ethnicity or religion. One way to reduce inequalities
is to organize free after school clubs for all pupils to
participate.
17. Goal 9
Sustainable way of living is necessary to save planet
for next generations. At school pupils learn to use
feet instead of bus, recycle and make sustainable
choices like using bottle instead of juice box.
18. Goal 15
Forest and nature are important for recreation and
mental well-being. At school pupils learn to
appreciate nature as a place to hike, play and relax.
19. Goal 16
Common activities promotes feeling of social
cohesion. While working together pupils will learn to
know each other, understand different opinions and
way of work and thought. That will decrease conflicts
and discrimination and increase feeling of safe,
peace and justice. Headmaster, school board ja
government will affect to the team spirit and
appreciation with their decisions.

Social aspect of sport will teach pupils to work
together with respect and for achieving to a
common goal.
