Gender diversity refers to the variation of genes
within a species. In the cause of any species in
the world are mainly three types of gender:
male, female and transgender/intersex.
Gender diversity is equitable or fair
representation between genders.

Give all students equal attention in advising and monitoring.
Don’t overlook capable but quiet students

19. Impairment: any loss or abnormality of psychological,
physiological or anatomical structure or function. For example,
the inability to move the legs easily at the joints and inability to
bear weight on the feet is impairment.
Disability: any restriction or lack (resulting from an impairment)
of ability to perform an activity in the manner or within the
range considered normal for a human being. Inability to walk is
a disability.
Handicap: a disadvantage for a given individual that limits or
prevents the fulfilment of a role that is normal. Cerebral palsy is
handicapping to the extent that it prevents from fulfilling a
normal role at home, in preschool, and in the community.
