Don't beat anyone on their lowest moments. Not right after a failure or disappointment. Help them to get up and carry on and keep the lecture for later when theyare ready

1. Often we have hopes and expectations regarding people who are close
to us. Their jobs, tasks, projects, roles, or even their behaviors and way
they live or how they treat us.
But things go wrong for many random reasons. Misfortune, inadvertency,
distraction, underperformance, or simply because it has to be that way.
They underperform, they fail, miss an opportunity, have accidents. And
they go down, disappoint themselves and us.
During such moments, all they need is a hand to stand up. Not that we
beat them up on what or how they should have done. Leave the lecture,
the lesson, the sermon to some other time where they can listen and
understand.
Don’t beat anyone who a life lesson has beaten up. Let them heal first.
