For who you are and who you’re becoming.
We tend to focus on what we want and want to have, to be happy.
But most of the time, that leaves us just disappointed and unhappy because
we’re pointing out what we don’t have, what eventually others have, and that
makes us feel unable, unworthy, failed and lagging.
But there’s so much that we have, that we have become, that we are and are
becoming. So much to be appreciative and enjoy and feel privileged.
You can always look above to find people who have more, who seem to have
it all.
Enjoy what is, enjoy what you have and who you are. And be open, receptive,
and eager to what is coming, but not looking over your shoulder at when or
how it will happen. That is a recipe for sadness and anxiety.
