 Promoted to Parts Representative after 6 months of employment
 Customer Assistance: Worked with company systems such as Live Support diligently
completed all assigned tasks, working overtime as needed.
 Customer Service: Researched, calmed and rapidly resolved client conflicts to prevent loss of
key accounts.
 Customer Interface: Greeted customers upon entrance and handled all cash and credit
transactions, assisted customers over the phone regarding store operations, product,
promotions and orders.

When I started with this Company, I was only hired in temporarily. After 4 weeks, they hired me in
at full time. I started as the Parts Cataloger, doing pictures, entering new part numbers into our
system, along with getting price quotes from our vendors. When I was not busy with that, they
had me shipping parts and correcting invoices that were received incorrectly into the system. I
then was promoted to Parts Representative. I also transferred within the Company to work on the
line building RVs and learn how to repair them.
