Along with managing 15 to 45 associates coordinated around multiple activities, I currently sit
on the Associate Perspective Team, creating new opportunities for FHI to reward our associates,
modify policies, and promote the service culture of the company.
During my 7 ½ year tenure with Overhead Door Company of Atlanta, I became a
trainer for new hires in installation by my 2nd
year. I was widely requested by customers for
return service and installations, referenced to by fellow technicians for product knowledge,
sales angles, and problem solving solutions (with both the customers and the products), while
contributing to promotional and advertising campaigns. I maintained above average
performance numbers in quality and quantity. One of my promotion ideas was put into
effect in the summer of 2012 and to my knowledge it is still used today. This
