Responsibilities
I am currently a member of the Embassy Suites staff team acting as the Overnight Manager. While working
my duties include but are not limited to watching the front desk, prepping the hotel for the next business day,
running reports, filing reports, great guest, assist guest with any guest issues, act as the Manager on Duty for
any other employees or issues that occur during my shift.

Through my position at Embassy Suites I have completed the Hilton World Wide University course which is a
course to help gain knowledge, insight on how to properly conduct myself and handle issues in the hospitality
