of their EAC during Open Enrollment. Also responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with community
partners and assist with outreach events to promote the Center throughout the year. Job responsibilities include: Interview
and select temporary staff members for In-person Assister(IPA) positions in the EAC from candidates provided by the
staffing agency, establishing shift schedules for staff and ensure adherence to the schedule, including timesheet review and
approval, train staff on Center procedures and policies and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), monitor
government training progress of staff and track certificate and state specific requirements, manage staff conduct and
maintain professional environment at all times, make staffing decisions related to hiring and terminating employees,
evaluate staff performance and provide direction and coaching to improve performance, establish and maintain local
partnerships with special interest groups and community leaders in support of the Regional Manager, staff assignment and
deployment for outreach and special events,quality control of data collection and reporting, maintenance and inventory
tracking of all Center equipment including but not limited to laptops,cell phones,tablets,management of supplies for
Center to include general office supplies and collateral ordering and purchasing and assist with location selection, set-up,
