Marie Stevens was employed as the Operations Manager of The RegentHotel for
more than 10 years. During her employment, Marie managed all aspects of the Hotel
including all Human Resources (hiring, disciplining & terminating employees),
inventories of all Food and Beverage locations as well as 2 liquor stores. She was also
responsible forall A/R and A/P’s and did payroll and ROE’s for up to 160 employees.
Prior to Marie leaving Revelstoke,she moved to the BestWesternPlus Revelstoke
where she stayed for 1 full year. At this property she again managed all aspects of the
hotel including; all HR, all inventories, all ordering of hotel and office supplies,all A/R
& A/P, payroll and record of employments forup to 60 employees.
Marie is a personable individual who is motivated and capable of achieving any goal
she sets her mind to. She has proven to have excellent people skills with an effective
ability to motivate staff. She is a personwith commitment,integrity, is very trustworthy
and extremely hard working. She has a very good dispositionand was always
respectedby her fellow employees,clientele,owners and the community of
