lines), managing an A/B customer portfolio, may serve as a licensed Insurance agent, resolving service
issues, adhering to the requirements of federal registration under the SAFE Act, and performing accurate
and timely processing of teller transactions as needed.

Relationship Banker responsible for participating in the Lobby Experience Model, serving as assigned
person to welcome the customer, work with or direct them as appropriate based on their identified needs

Massachusetts. Responsible for the preparation and delivery of monthly status report to SAIC-Natick
Task Manager in accordance with contract deliverable requirements list which included effort performed,
technical assessment (reporting period and future), and seven SAIC employees assigned to the task in
SAIC-Abingdon location. Coordinated staff meetings and assisted team members with requirements.
Responsible for the revision of 12 Quartermaster legacy manuals to comply with the Army’s two level
maintenance philosophy using ArborText software. The 12 Quartermaster legacy manuals were revised
to six -13&P and six -23&P manuals.
Project Management/Research Assistant, Respiratory Protection Branch, RDECOM July 2010 – May
2011
Participate in and prepare documents for program reviews, accountable for schedule, quality, and scope,
and cost of $260K task. Coordinate reach back assistance for customer with various SAIC areas of
expertise (digitization cockpit database and graphics). Follow established policies, procedures, and
objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, safety, and environmental standards. Developed
and co-developed lab instruction books that provide instruction for all research equipment/instruments
and tests/studies to be conducted to include analyzing data. Administered test procedures to quantify
human factors and performance related to breathing resistances and visual performance associated with
the wear of military and commercial protective devices. Performed field of view (FoV) for air purifying
respirators and military mask by obtaining data, graphing data by hand, plot graphs on digitizer, calculate
visual field score, calculate performance rating, and archive data. Utilized LabView computer program for
FoV, HSBG, and breathing resistance to enter data, monitor data, and convert data from LabView
program for analysis. Prepared and delivered monthly progress report to Government Task Manager in
accordance with contract deliverable requirements list which included effort performed, costs (current and
cumulative), and technical assessment (reporting period and future). Managed laboratory logistics
maintaining equipment inventory and completing inventory of branch property, organized and labeled
inventoried items, scheduled and turned in property, and prepared documentation to show inventory
status, attended installation hazardous waste management course, and responsible for branch TMDE.
Assisted principal investigator in the completion of Volunteer Agreement Affidavit for test participants in
accordance with test protocols.
Retail Bank Representative and Regional Collections Administrator, Armed Forces Bank, Ft. Lewis,
WA (March 2004 – January 2005)
Served as Retail Bank Representative (RBR) and Regional Collections Administrator for a nationwide
bank that caters to the military community. Responsible for the care of customer's banking needs to
include opening and closing accounts, account maintenance, loan applications review and processing,
savings bonds, IRAs, certificates of deposits, savings accounts and general customer service. Direct
input to the decision making process for loan approvals based on risk of applicant. Collected on
overdrawn accounts, reviewed, approved and processed internal loans and collected fees, and offered
solid banking advice to troubled account holders for managing their accounts while assigned as Regional
Collection Administrator. Significantly reduced the amount of accounts in collections by 25% over a six
month period and collected over $100,000 in insufficient checks and severely overdrawn accounts in the
same period. Regional Collection Administrator duties required taking care of seven banks in three
states. Authorized signer/approval authority for actions that require approval of a supervisor prior to
actions taken by an employee.
Senior Instructor, U.S. Army, Ft. Lewis, WA, (2003-2004)
Served as Area NBC School Senior Instructor for I Corps and Ft Lewis. Provided mitigation,
preparedness, response and recovery procedures and toxic chemical information during training
scenarios to the Corps Command group and foreign governments. Served as the NBC School Chief
Instructor for the NBC Defense Course, and the NBC Room Operations Course; counsels, supervises,
and mentored three primary instructors ensuring they were well-prepared for any given instruction;
