Executive Summary
Our most urgent goal is to rescue animals that are abandoned or in distress, update their
vaccines, and find good homes for them. It is our heartfelt desire to prevent any animal from the
need to be "rescued."

The target launch is the beginning of October in 2020. The site needs to be live by the date because the
holiday season is right around the corner, and most people like to adopt during this time.

Primary Audiences
The primary audiences for Pet Rescue By Judy are:
1. Young single professionals
a. They seek knowledge for animal care/adoption.
b. The professionals want to observe specific tips on how to best care for their pets.
2. Young families
a. They desire information about animal fostering, and they too want to learn proper
animal care techniques.
b. The families want the information thoroughly explained, and they want it easily
accessible.

a. Strengths = Great layout; Easy navigation
b. Weaknesses = Color inconsistence;

a. Strengths = Brand consistency (color, font); Branding statement listed
b. Weaknesses = Call to actions are not vividly highlighted when hovering, No search bar
present on homepage
Both competitors have hyperlinked logos to return to homepage while my client does not. Both
competitors have modern page setup while my client has an outdated one.
Competitive Advantage
Advantages include personal interactions and local backing in the area. The advantages enable
my client consistent consumer participation.

layout do not fit the modern feel desired from most visitors who are associated with younger
generations.
